While there are many chemical equations that can affect your pool water, the bottom line is that water balance is key to a healthy pool.  The Ultra Pool Care Squad checks for more than the standard chlorine and pH.  We could tell you we use a water test kit that is NSF-certified and that our Pool Technicians are trained to accurately interpret the results and use them along with your water temperature and total dissolved solids reading to determine the LSI (Langelier Saturation Index) of the pool, but that probably doesn’t mean much to you unless, well, you are totally into that stuff. What we are really saying is that your Ultra Pool Care Squad technician knows what to do and when to do it to prolong the life of your investment. You get to sit back, relax, and enjoy the results.

To be an expert in anything, you definitely need sufficient training. All of our Ultra Pool Care Squad technicians are fully-trained through comprehensive classroom curriculum and hands-on learning taught at our Support Center on Leisure Island in Knoxville, Tennessee. They learn it all: proper water balance, equipment management and so much more. They also participate in continued training opportunities and customer satisfaction monitoring. Translation? They are experts in knowing what mistakes can happen and how to avoid them, and they continue to enhance their expertise every step of the way.
