As an Operator of UPCS of Utah County, Caden is building upon the lessons and success he has developed as a Project Manager in the Residential Construction and Pool realm. He has quickly established rapport in custom home building and began installing swimming pools at customers’ requests. This trust extended into the care and service of the swimming pools, once again, customers’ requests.
Caden has been focused on a career in helping families after graduating from Utah Valley University with a degree in Construction Management.
He put this knowledge to use with Sunpro Corporation managing 10 crews of installers along with scheduling, estimating, and overseeing customer relations. It is here that he learned how to tackle problems and come up with innovative solutions.
“I put my whole heart and soul into a project, paying strict attention to detail,” Caden explains. “I also try to create a positive work environment where we inspire our Ultra Heroes to not only provide a sparkling clean pool but one where we build trust and joy.”
He finds strength from his family and looks forward to creating an even larger family with his new Ultra Pool Care Squad customers.
