Pool Care Services Packages.

Our Service Packages are designed to provide the right service at the right price for you. Most services are provided on a weekly basis (though you are billed monthly.) Once we set up your program, all details will be presented to you for your review and approval before service starts. Repairs, additional service calls and emergency visits may result in additional charges but you will be advised prior to service. Call or email us with any questions and we are more than happy to provide you with a free estimate.

These packages are for residential customers. If you have a commercial (office, hotel/ motel or other business) account, please contact us for a specific quote and service program.

Pool Opening

Ready to open your pool for swim season? Let us make it easy for you by allowing us to open your pool, do the initial testing and then make the proper adjustments so that you and your family can properly enjoy your first swim of the season.

Pool Closing

There comes that time when you need to close your pool down for winter. Let us properly remove water out of the pipes and get the pool ready for its winter slumber. This will give you peace-of-mind that your pool is safe and secure until you can open it in the spring for another year of enjoyment.

Service Calls

One hour of service to diagnose, evaluate and provide expert service.

Storm Cleanup

Restore your pool to a clean and healthy condition removing debris, mud, rock, and leaves. Test equipment and evaluate all operations.

Filter Cleaning

Check and clean your cartridge filters (Sand and DE) to keep your family in a safe and healthy pool. Note: this is provided at no additional charge when you are a member of our Ultra Plan.

Salt Cell Cleaning

Check and clean your valuable salt cells.  Note: this is no charge when you are a member of our Ultra Plan.

Spa Service Call

We are always available to visit your property to address a specific issue or concern that you may be having with your pool, spa or hot tub. Just call us.

Attached Spa or Water Feature Monthly Service

When added to your swimming pool’s Basic, Plus or Ultra Package, Spa and Water Feature services includes vacuuming, brushing, net and maintenance to compliment your pool service.

Green to Clean Services

Flat labor fee for residential pools 40 feet and less in length. This is a multi-day service.

Test water, balance alkalinity and add chlorine. Once alkalinity is balanced, we return to add Revive, which is a multi-action product that removes phosphates (algae food,) metals (including copper and iron,) scaling carbonates, organic debris and other contaminants that cause cloudy water. It is formulated for use on new pool start-ups, re-plaster/ remodel/ refills, spring openings, abandoned pools, severe algae clean-ups, and on-going maintenance of all swimming pools. Your Ultra Pool Care Squad member will return in 24-48 hours to vacuum all materials from the pool floor. May require replacing old cartridges/ filters or possibly changing the sand in a sand filter.

Visit Care & Reports

After each visit, your Ultra-Hero will provide you with a summary of activities completed in the care of your pool and/or spa. This includes photos (before and after), actions taken, and your water chemistry report. This report will be valuable to you in understanding the condition of your pool, and to assist in maintaining your manufacturer warranties. We will also keep copies of your records in the event you may need them.
