Angel Rocha, Owner/Operator of Ultra Pool Care Squad New Braunfels, is a true testament to those words. A committed family man who has an unwavering heart of service, Angel has been helping families since a very young age. His first “real” job was operating a mobile car wash business where one of his employees was his own father. This experience planted the seeds for what would ultimately blossom into dedication to hard work, a commitment to each task at hand, and a solid foundation for unparalleled customer satisfaction.
When he was a teenager, Angel supplemented his education by working for a variety of companies ranging from a small, family-owned business to large, international companies. These experiences led him to adopt his own personal philosophy of taking responsibility for his own actions and independence. In fact, he is inspired by one of his favorite quotes from entrepreneur Elon Musk: “I could either watch it happen or be a part of it.”
Angel was ultimately inspired to start his own business in cleaning services. His knowledge, expertise, strong work ethic, and passion turned his start-up venture into a successful business operation. After four-and-a-half years, however, he and his wife decided to pursue family life in Texas. As such, Angel sold his business and relocated to the San Antonio area with an appetite to accomplish even bigger and better things.
For the next year, Angel worked at Amazon to fine-tune his customer service and professional skills while searching for his next great adventure. It was during this time he discovered the exciting franchise opportunity with Ultra Pool Care Squad. Angel was further motivated by the idea of working outdoors, remaining active within his community, not being confined to a desk, and, most of all, providing a necessary service for people, all of which were the defining pillars of his desire to become an integral part of this growing franchise.
Now that Angel has fulfilled his dream of owning his own business again, he is committed to growing it with well-trained, dedicated, and honest employees who are as equally passionate about delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and superior service as he is. His next objective is to add talented people to serve his neighbors in the San Antonio area while providing an even greater level of customer service. In an effort to remain committed to the high standards he has set for himself, Angel recently became a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) which translates to increased peace of mind for his customers as they hire Angel and his team to keep their families safer and happier.
As the local “Ultra Hero,” Angel, along with his team, aspires to benefit families through education (such as Pool School) along with weekly service visits so everyone can fully enjoy their time together, creating the best memories right in their own backyards. He welcomes your calls and looks forward to getting to know you not only as a customer but also as a friend.
